Inspire 360HR ("we," "us," or "our") is a human resources consultancy based in Ontario, Canada. We are committed to protecting the privacy and security of the personal information entrusted to us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal information when you visit our website or inquire about our services.

This policy is governed by Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). Our Privacy Officer is responsible for ensuring compliance with this policy. This Privacy Policy should be read in conjunction with our Terms of Use.

2.1 Information You Voluntarily Provide When you use the contact form on our website to inquire about our services, we collect the personal information you choose to provide, which includes:

● Full Name

● Email Address

● Phone Number

● Company Name

● Details of your inquiry


2.2 Technical Information Collected Automatically When you browse our website, we use Google Analytics to automatically collect technical information about your visit. This information includes:

● Your IP address (which may be used to infer your general geographic location)

● Browser type and version

● Operating system

● The pages you visited and the time spent on them

● The referring website that led you to ours


3. How We Use Your Information

We use your personal information for specific, limited purposes:

● To Respond to You: To answer your inquiries, provide information you request about our HR consulting services, and communicate with you about potential engagements

● To Manage Relationships: To maintain a record of our communications to effectively manage our client and prospect relationships

● To Improve Our Website: To analyze website traffic and user behaviour in an aggregated, anonymous manner to improve our website's functionality and user experience

Our legal basis for collecting and using your personal information is your consent.

● Express Consent: By completing and submitting our contact form, you are providing your express consent for us to collect the information you provide and use it for the purposes outlined in Section 3

● Implied Consent: By continuing to use our website, you provide implied consent for us to use cookies for the website analytics purposes described

5. Data Storage, Security, and Retention 

5.1 Data Security We take the security of your information seriously. We implement technical and organizational safeguards to protect your personal information, including:

● Storing contact form data in password-protected and encrypted files

● Employing access controls to our information systems to ensure only authorized personnel can view your information

● Using secure protocols for data transmission

While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.


5.2 Data Retention We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected.

● Contact Information: We retain information from contact form submissions for the duration of our business discussions and for a subsequent period of 24 months to allow for follow-up opportunities. After this period, it is securely deleted

● Analytics Data: We have configured our Google Analytics account to retain user-level data for a period of 14 months, after which it is automatically deleted by Google


6. Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others. We will not share your information with any third parties except in the following limited circumstances:

● Service Providers: To Google Analytics for the sole purpose of website analytics, as described in this policy

● Legal Requirements: If required to do so by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, legal process, or government request

● With Your Consent: If you provide us with your explicit consent to share your information for a specific purpose


7. Third-Party Services & Cookies

7.1 Google Analytics Our website uses Google Analytics to help us understand how visitors use our site. Google processes this data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at https://policies.google.com/privacy. You can opt out of being tracked by Google Analytics across all websites by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, available at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

7.2 Cookies Cookies are small files stored on your device. Our website uses cookies only for the functioning of Google Analytics. You can control and manage cookies through your browser settings. Please note that disabling cookies will not affect the core functionality of our informational website.


8. Your Privacy Rights

Under Canadian privacy law, you have the right to:

● Access: Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you

● Correction: Request that we correct any inaccurate or incomplete information

● Deletion: Request that we delete your personal information, subject to our retention policies and legal obligations

● Withdraw Consent: Withdraw your consent to our use of your information at any time

To exercise any of these rights, please contact our Privacy Officer. We will respond to your request within 30 days.


9. International Data Transfers

Our website servers are located in Canada. However, by using Google Analytics, your technical information may be processed and stored on servers in the United States or other countries. While this information is outside of Canada, it is subject to the laws of the country in which it is held, and may be subject to disclosure to the governments, courts, or law enforcement or regulatory agencies of that country.


10. Children's Privacy

Our services are intended for a business audience and are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.


11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
